Resumen

OBJETIVO: La Terapia de Estilos Socioemocionales (SET) es un modelo transdiagnóstico basado en procesos que vincula la regulación emocional con los motivos interpersonales y la historia de apego que la configuran. Se examinaron la factibilidad, la aceptabilidad y el cambio contingente del tratamiento mediante un breve protocolo de SET en línea en adultos con malestar clínicamente significativo. MÉTODO: Nueve adultos ingresaron a un diseño de línea base múltiple no concurrente (líneas base aleatorizadas de tres a cinco semanas, ocho sesiones semanales y seguimiento al mes); siete lo completaron. El malestar (CORE-OM) se evaluó semanalmente y el bienestar, diariamente. Las fases se contrastaron con inspección visual y Tau-U; el cambio individual, con índices de cambio confiable y clínicamente significativo (CORE-OM, PHQ-9, GAD-7, DERS-E). RESULTADOS: La asistencia fue completa; la satisfacción usuaria y la aceptabilidad, adecuación y factibilidad, según los terapeutas, fueron altas, con adherencia diaria variable (33.7–96.1%). Cuatro de siete redujeron significativamente el malestar (Tau = 0,44; p < .001), con efectos concentrados en las líneas base más largas. Seis mejoraron de manera consistente en al menos un instrumento; uno se deterioró en el seguimiento. CONCLUSIONES: El protocolo resultó factible y aceptable, con evidencia preliminar de cambio contingente al tratamiento.
